In addition to working with customer sketches, drawings or CAD files, the Plast-O-Foam design team is capable of reverse engineering or digitizing sample parts.
Tooling Development & Maintenance:
Highly experienced tooling craftsmen work with our engineering staff to provide optimum tool quality and service life. We track and maintain all tools to ensure they are ready to perform when they are needed.
Quality Assurance Program:
Our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) system ensures that quality is built into every project.
On-Time Deliveries:
No Matter if you require regular JIT (Just-in-Time) deliveries, or a rush order, the Plast-O-Foam logistic system meets your needs. It includes an advanced Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system coupled with a fully-integrated Electronic Data Interface (EDI) to assure on-time deliveries.
